Job Title: US Recruiter - Fresher

Location: Goregaon East, Mumbai

Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO)

Salary Range: 20,000 30,000 per month

Interview mode - f2f only

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic US Recruiter to join our team. This role is ideal for freshers eager to build a career in recruitment for the US market.

Key Responsibilities

Candidate sourcing via job portals, social media, and networking.
Resume screening to match job requirements.
Coordinating and scheduling interviews.
Building and maintaining candidate pipelines.
Supporting senior recruiters in end-to-end recruitment processes.
Ensuring timely communication and follow-ups with candidates.

Requirements

Fresher or up to 1 year of recruitment experience.
Excellent communication skills (mandatory) strong verbal and written English proficiency.
Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Comfortable with US shift timings if required.
