Position: Business Development Manager

Job Location: Across Mumbai

Type of job: On-roll, Full time.

Job Description:

Generate New Business to the Bank by doing fresh Acquisition of CASA & other Banking products.
Manage and sell Savings Account by conducting several marketing activities.
Understand and analyse the customer needs and provide customised solutions to fulfil their requirements.
Extend professional customer service to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.

Requirements:

Graduate with 1 7 years of sales experience from Banking, Financial and Insurance industry.
Prior sales experience in NBFC/Pharma/Telecom/ FMCG sector can be considered
Age Range – 21 – 32 Years.
Should be comfortable using gadgets like tab/mobiles.
Fresher willing to make career in sales in Banking industry can be considered.
Should be young and energetic with passion for sales
Strong customer service orientation along with process adherence
