Hiring Denial Multispecialty Coders/QA
Responsibilties:
- Review denied claims and medical documentation across multiple specialties.
- Identify denial reasons and perform accurate coding corrections.
- Assign ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS codes as per documentation.
- Analyze payer-specific denial trends and recommend corrective actions.
- Ensure coding compliance with CMS, AMA, and payer guidelines.
- Rework and resubmit claims after necessary coding corrections.
- Maintain productivity and quality metrics as defined by the organization.
- Collaborate with billing, AR, and provider teams to resolve claim denials.
