Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and user-focused UX Designer to join our product team. You will play a critical role in defining how users interact with our products and ensure our solutions are intuitive, accessible, and aligned with user needs. This is a unique opportunity to work across the entire product lifecycle and help build experiences that deliver real value to enterprises.

Responsibilities:

Conduct user research (interviews, surveys, usability testing) to understand user needs, behaviours and pain points.
Translate insights into user journeys, personas, workflows and wireframes that guide product and UI design.
Collaborate closely with product managers and developers to define and deliver user-centric solutions.
Create information architecture, interaction models and low-to-high fidelity prototypes.
Continuously validate designs through iterative testing and feedback loops to improve usability and user satisfaction.
Maintain and evolve UX documentation, such as research insights, design principles and pattern libraries.
Create and maintain design systems to ensure consistency, reusability and efficiency across product lines.
Contribute to the development and refinement of the company s design system and ensure consistent UX practices across teams.
Stay current on UX trends, technologies and best practices to bring innovative ideas to the team.

Qualifications:

3 5 years of experience as a UX Designer, Product Designer, or in a related role.
Strong understanding of UX principles, methodologies and human-centered design.
Experience conducting user research and usability studies and translating findings into design decisions.
Proficiency in wireframing and prototyping using Figma.
Ability to create clear documentation such as user flows, personas and interaction specifications.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills; comfort working in cross-functional teams.
Ability to balance business goals, technical feasibility and user needs.
A passion for solving real user problems and delivering thoughtful digital experiences.

Bonus Points:

Experience designing for enterprise SaaS or complex systems (e.g., DMS, RPA, BPM platforms).
Familiarity with accessibility (WCAG) standards and inclusive design principles.
Exposure to front-end technologies or working knowledge of HTML/CSS for better developer collaboration.
Experience using analytics or session replay tools (e.g., Clarity, Google Analytics, Amplitude) to inform design. A portfolio that showcases your UX process, thinking and design impact.
