Job Description

Role & responsibilities Handle travel agent queries and provide itineraries and quotations for UK, Europe, and Australia destinations. Maintain and promote company sales. Negotiate with travel agents to finalize bookings. Ensure excellent client service and satisfaction. Offer the best possible rates to travel agents. Manage bookings and files using the company's CRM system. Preferred candidate profile Good knowledge of UK, Australia and European destination. Should be presentable and should be good in English communication. Ability to speak to suppliers and attend phone calls. Note : Freshers with qualificational background in Tourism/Hospitality are welcome !!
