Job Description

Job Role
1. Effective communication skills to make a positive impact. Understand the process correctly and
completely to be knowledgeable to conduct trainings.
2. Clearly understand that training outcomes are synchronized to achieve organizational goals.
Key Responsibilties
1. Provide comprehensive on-the-job training to new joinees & crisp, concise training programs for existing
ops staff,
based on their skill set, challenges, disbursement quality, COPS/IA reports, PQC reports, to name a few.
Take
ownership and accountability for effectiveness of training programs. Assist in preparing training content /
reiteration material and ensure coverage of all OPS staff, twice a month. Ensure training sessions addresses
process / understanding gaps and also ensure OPS staff daily routines are not affected.
2. Responsible for implementing and managing training programs effectively, including post training process
checks
& tests. Ensure programs tangibly enhance quality as well as productivity & performance of staff. Take the lead,coach ops staff, including new trainers.
