Job Description

Role : Trainee Travel Consultant

Desired Candidate Profile : Female Candidate Positive approach Towards Team Work . Must excel at client interaction and engagement. Must be capable of building and maintaining strong client relationships. Must be proficient in the use of computers - Microsoft outlook, excel, word, power point, etc. Must have experience of using online portals .

Training : Training will be provided under Senior travel Consultants

Responsibilities The incumbent will be responsible for Outbound Tour Operations and Domestic Tours

Designing itinerary, costing, hotel bookings etc.

Handling customers for Outbound holiday packages, follow up with customers and clients.

Would require customization of existing holiday package or building entirely a new package as per customer needs.

Dealing with customer enquiries and aiming to meet highest level of customer satisfaction.

Research appropriate holidays destinations suitable for adding to the portfolio

Present the customer with recommendations and advise them on travel accessibility concerns

coordinating with DMC making sure they understand the customer's requirements

Dealing with Reservations, Operations, and Negotiations section

Operational duties (air and land arrangements) ticket bookings

Creative planning and designing of itineraries
