Job Description
This position will responsible for hands-on execution of all the
probiotics and other products microbiology and shake flask / Fermenter
related work being carried out in Biotech R&D lab.
Planning and execution of Media preparation and sterilization as
per different products and project requirement.
Perform Microbiological technique - plate count method, pour plate
method, spread plate, streaking, Gram staining, spore staining etc.
Perform shake flask media and process optimization studies.
Timely documentation of all the experiments and preparation of
necessary reports.
Stock maintenance, storage, entry of received material, invoice
copy verification etc.
Environmental monitoring & fumigation in lab
Perform Calibration activity of instruments ( Weighing balance ,
pH meter, TDS meter)
