Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and analytical Trainee / Executive in Planning & MIS to support planning, budgeting, MIS reporting, and financial analysis for our Transmission & Distribution (T&D) business. The role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to generate meaningful business insights through data.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
• Support project planning, budgeting, and financial analysis.
• Monitor project performance against budgets and timelines.
• Analyze project costs, revenue, and profitability.
• Develop dashboards and reports for management review.
• Coordinate with project, finance, and business teams for data collection and reporting.
• Ensure data accuracy and timely submission of reports.
• Support forecasting, variance analysis, and business planning activities.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation in MIS reporting.

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: (FULL TIME)
• B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering
• Full-time MBA (Finance)
• Experience:
• 02 years of relevant experience in Planning, MIS, Financial Analysis, or Project Controls.

Preferred Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel (Advanced), PowerPoint, and MIS reporting.
• Knowledge of budgeting, financial analysis, and project planning.
• Basic understanding of ERP systems (SAP preferred).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
