Job Description

Role Overview

We are looking for a Total Rewards professional who can manage Compensation & Benefits, Payroll, and HR Compliance functions.

The role will primarily focus on rewards strategy and compensation management, while also supporting payroll operations and statutory compliance processes. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and experience working with cross-functional stakeholders.

Role & responsibilities

Compensation & Rewards (Primary 60% - 70%)

• Support compensation benchmarking and salary structure analysis
• Assist in annual compensation review, increments, and bonus cycles
• Work on compensation data analysis and reward frameworks
• Conduct market benchmarking and salary surveys
• Support leadership with data-driven insights on compensation trends

Payroll Management

• Support monthly payroll processing and validations
• Coordinate with payroll vendors / finance teams to ensure accurate salary processing
• Manage payroll inputs such as variable pay, reimbursements, and deductions

HR Compliance

• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations (PF, ESIC, PT, Labour laws)
• Support documentation and reporting for internal and external audits
• Maintain compliance records and HR documentation

Preferred candidate profile

• MBA (HR) 2020 / 2021 / 2022 batch
• 35 years of experience in Total Rewards / C&B / HR Operations
• Strong exposure to compensation & benefits (preferred)
• Working knowledge of payroll and statutory compliance
• Strong analytical and Excel skills
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
