Shift 1: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Shift 2: 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM

Job Summary:
We are looking for a responsible and attentive Ticketing & Visitor Assistance Executive to manage parking ticket issuance, handle collections, assist visitors with information about jetty facilities and available packages, and ensure smooth vehicle and customer movement within the premises. The candidate should have good communication skills and the ability to interact with customers politely and efficiently.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Issue parking tickets accurately to incoming vehicles.
Handle daily cash collections for parking and package ticket bookings, and maintain proper records.
Guide visitors about jetty facilities, available packages, schedules, and general information.
Assist visitors in selecting suitable packages and book tickets accordingly.
Provide clear directions and assistance to visitors within the premises.
Monitor vehicle movement inside the parking area.
Supervise and manage customer flow within the premises to avoid congestion.
Guide vehicles properly during entry and exit to ensure smooth traffic movement.
Report any irregularities, operational issues, or customer concerns to the supervisor.
Maintain discipline, cleanliness, and safety in the assigned area.
