About the Role

At The Sleep Company, efficient and reliable logistics is central to delivering a seamless customer experience across D2C, retail, marketplaces, and quick commerce. We are looking for a Logistics Manager who will own end-to-end logistics operations, ensure cost efficiency, timely deliveries, and strong partner management across primary and secondary movements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end logistics operations including primary, secondary, and last-mile deliveries.
  
• Plan and optimize transportation for factory-to-warehouse, warehouse-to-store, and customer deliveries.
  
• Lead and manage relationships with transporters, 3PLs, courier partners, and quick commerce platforms.
  
• Ensure adherence to SLAs, delivery timelines, and service quality across channels.
  
• Monitor freight costs, negotiate rates, and drive continuous cost optimization initiatives.
  
• Track and resolve delivery issues, delays, damages, and escalations.
  
• Collaborate closely with Warehouse, Inventory, Sales, and Customer Experience teams.
  
• Ensure compliance with statutory, safety, and documentation requirements.
  
• Manage reverse logistics including returns, replacements, and inter-warehouse transfers.
  
• Build SOPs, dashboards, and reports for logistics performance (OTIF, TAT, cost per shipment, damage rates).
  
• Support new store launches, warehouse additions, and new city expansions.
  

Requirements & Qualifications

• 6-10 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain operations.
  
• Strong exposure to omnichannel logistics (D2C, e-commerce, retail, quick commerce).
  
• Hands-on experience working with 3PLs, courier aggregators, and transport vendors.
  
• Working knowledge of TMS, WMS, ERP systems, and advanced Excel.
  
• Strong operational problem-solving and escalation management skills.
  
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and vendors simultaneously.
  
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
