Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of testers for ETL data warehouse and BI projects
Develop test strategies, QA frameworks, and maintain best practices
Oversee test planning, estimation, and resource allocation
Review and approve test plans, test cases, and scenarios
Monitor testing progress and provide regular stakeholder updates
Manage defect tracking and resolution across teams
Coordinate with developers, business users, and stakeholders
Establish KPIs and metrics for testing effectiveness
Mentor team members and drive professional development
Manage UAT activities and client relationships
Conduct performance reviews and skill assessments
Drive continuous improvement in testing processes and methodologies
Ensure compliance with data quality and governance standards
Handle multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines

Mandatory Skills

Data Testing (ETL, BI validation)
ETL Concepts and methodologies
Python for Data Testing and automation
Advanced SQL and database management
Test management tools (ALM, JIRA)
Strong knowledge of QA methodologies and frameworks

Secondary Skills

Qlik (QlikView, Qlik Sense) testing and validation
Test automation frameworks and strategies
BI platforms (Tableau, Power BI)
Data governance and compliance knowledge
Agile/Scrum methodologies
Testing certifications (ISTQB, CSTE)
Experience managing offshore/onshore QA teams
