JOB SUMMAR

YA Software Testing Lead supervises Testers and oversees product development procedures to ensure that products meet quality and efficiency standards

He/She will also work with development team to understand changes being done to product

The role involves hands-on experience with automation tools like Selenium and coding in C#



Job Overview, Roles & Key Responsibiliti

esCreate and deliver software test plans, test cases and test summary report

Review and publish test cases on requirements gathering session

Conduct post release verification following a Production deploymen

Record, assess and approve Tracking system issues, suggested ownership, and priority issue

Oversee defects to progress on time and stick to defect tracking standard

Manage QA environment on build and release managemen

Offer accurate status on defect information and metric communicate at all levels, handle multiple projects and work on business-critical solution

Designing and implementing automated testing frameworks using Selenium and C

Manage QA team on discipline, performance, and resource allocatio

Enhance testing capabilities guided by standard best practices, policies, and procedure

Mentor QA analysts testing activities on test plan and test case developmen

Coordinate with business analysts and development teams to assess requirements and engage in project review and status meeting

Design, track and disseminate metrics to monitor product qualit

Set up and manage communication between development & Testing te

amMotivate and mentor direct reports by effort and exampl

Work together with Global Test Manager & QA Architect to identify avenues for Test Automati

on

Minimum Qualificatio

ns:Must have A Bachelors degree or post-graduate degree or technical degree from A or B grade colleges with Good academic scor

Must have Certification in ISTQB, Six Sigma, Quality Improvement associate, quality auditor, and quality engin

eerMust have at least relevant 4-8 years of experience in quality inspection, auditing, and testi

Must have ample experience in implementing corrective/preventive measu

resHands-on experience with Selenium and C# for automation testing is desirab
