We are seeking a detail-oriented QA/Test Analyst with experience in Custody and Capital Markets operations to validate end-to-end transaction processing and regulatory compliance across custody platforms. The role involves testing trade processing, reconciliations, corporate actions, mutual fund transactions, client servicing workflows, and downstream system integrations to ensure accurate and seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform testing of the complete Trade Lifecycle (Trade Capture, Settlement, Clearing, and Custody).
• Validate Reconciliation Processes including cash, holdings, and transaction reconciliations.
• Test Corporate Actions such as dividends, bonus issues, stock splits, mergers, and rights issues.
• Verify Mutual Fund Transaction Flows including SIP, STP, SWP, Purchase, Redemption, and Switch transactions.
• Conduct testing for Client Account Servicing activities such as account opening, maintenance, and reporting.
• Validate interfaces and data flow between custody systems and downstream applications.
• Perform Regulatory, Compliance, and Reporting Testing to ensure adherence to market and custodian regulations.
• Prepare test cases, execute test scenarios, log defects, and support UAT activities.
• Work closely with Business Analysts, Operations, and Development teams to ensure successful delivery.

Required Skills:

• Experience in Custody Operations, Capital Markets, Asset Servicing, or Securities Services.
• Strong knowledge of trade lifecycle, reconciliation, corporate actions, and mutual fund operations.
• Experience in functional, integration, SIT, and UAT testing.
• Understanding of financial products such as equities, mutual funds, fixed income, and derivatives.
• Familiarity with SQL, defect tracking tools (JIRA/ALM), and test management processes.
