Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Territory Sales Manager to drive Project Sales for Plywood in the Mumbai market. The role involves developing business through Architects, Interior Designers, Builders, Contractors, Developers, and Institutional Projects while promoting Greenlam's plywood solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Drive project sales and achieve business targets for the Plywood segment.
Generate business opportunities through Architects, Interior Designers, Builders, Developers, Contractors, and PMC consultants.
Identify and develop new projects in residential, commercial, hospitality, retail, and institutional segments.
Conduct product presentations, technical discussions, and specification meetings with key influencers.
Ensure product approvals and brand specifications in upcoming projects.
Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, designers, project consultants, and contractors.
Track project pipelines and convert opportunities into business.
Coordinate with channel partners and dealers for project execution and material supply.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Ensure timely collections and customer satisfaction.

Desired Candidate Profile

Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
2 to 8 years of experience in Project Sales within Plywood, Laminates, Veneers, MDF, Particle Board, Building Materials, Interior Products, Furniture Materials, or related industries.
Strong network with Architects, Interior Designers, Builders, Contractors, and Developers in Mumbai.
Understanding of project sales cycles, specifications, and business development.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
