Job Description
Job Title: Territory Sales Incharge (TSI)
Company: RSPL Group
Department: Sales
Reports To: Area Sales Manager
Experience Required: 23 Years (FMCG industry)
Job Purpose:
To develop new markets in the assigned territory, achieve primary and secondary sales targets, and drive month-on-month growth in market coverage and business revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle primary and secondary sales through continuous follow-up with retailers and distributors
- Appoint new distributors as per the annual marketing plan and business requirements
- Ensure timely submission of claims through regular coordination with distributors and retailers
- Handle and resolve grievances raised by distributors, Business Partners, or retailers promptly
- Develop new markets within the assigned territory by identifying and onboarding new retail outlets
- Ensure complete market coverage through regular market visits, including joint visits with the team
Key Relationships:
- Internal: RSM, GM, Marketing Team
- External: Retailers, Distributors, Stockists
Key Skills / Competencies:
- Must Have: Communication skills, negotiation skills, decision-making skills, strategic decision-making ability
- Good to Have: Exposure in FMCG
