Job Description

Job Role:

Achieve disbursement targets for the CE business through lead generation and fulfillment from the Open Market and alternate channels.
Ensuring the delinquency ratio with in control for his portfolio.
Direct Indirect Business should be 60% 40 % with respective book.
Handle the team of FOS and drive their productivity levels.
Ensure target branches achieve their targets with requisite conversions.
Manage Profitability with the Team and ensure productivity.
Achieve targets of cross sell products.
Timely feedback/MIS to seniors.

Key Reponsibilities:

Responsible for Process and Policy Adherence.
Responsible for Effective Cost Management.
Understanding Managing Healthy Portfolio.
