Job Description
Role Overview
The Territory Manager is a frontline revenue and relationship role responsible for clinic acquisition, territory coverage, order generation, and sustained client engagement.
This role requires disciplined field execution, strong product understanding, and relationship-led selling. The BDE is expected to build a healthy pipeline, convert samples and demos into orders, and ensure predictable monthly revenue through structured follow-ups and reporting.
The ideal candidate is field-oriented, medically articulate, relationship-driven, and execution-focused.
Key Responsibilities
1. Product Promotion & Sales Execution (40%)
- Promote and sell premium and luxury skincare products to dermatologists, luxury clinics, hotels, and spas.
- Conduct scientific detailing, product pitching, and usage education for healthcare professionals.
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly revenue targets through disciplined field activity.
- Drive repeat orders and brand penetration across assigned accounts.
2. Clinic Acquisition & Relationship Management (30%)
- Identify, prospect, and onboard new dermatology clinics and premium wellness establishments.
- Build long-term relationships with doctors, clinic managers, and decision-makers.
- Ensure high service standards, timely follow-ups, and zero unresolved escalations.
- Reactivate dormant or low-performing clinics through structured engagement.
3. Product Knowledge & Clinical Support (15%)
- Maintain strong knowledge of skincare science, dermatology trends, and competitive products.
- Guide clinics on product protocols, indications, and positioning.
- Coordinate with Trainers for product demos, CMEs, and in-clinic sessions.
4. Market Intelligence & Reporting (10%)
- Capture market insights, competitor activity, pricing trends, and doctor feedback.
- Identify KOL opportunities, emerging clinics, and tier-2 market potential.
- Submit structured weekly and monthly reports with actionable insights.
5. Administrative & Operational Support (5%)
- Maintain accurate CRM data, visit logs, and sampling records.
- Coordinate with logistics and stockists to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
- Ensure compliance with attendance, reporting, and documentation protocols.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelors degree (B.Pharm preferred).
- Experience: Experience of 3+ Years in pharmaceutical, dermatology, or medical sales preferred.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Good understanding of skincare, dermatology, or aesthetic products.
- Target-driven mindset with disciplined field execution.
- Comfortable working independently with structured reporting.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
