Job Description
Role Summary:
Partnering with the delivery team and functional leaders to drive automation and innovation initiatives across locations.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Drive Automation using Power Automate/Power Apps/VBA Macros/Python/RPA.
- Ability to assess and design processes to create As-Is and To-Be process maps.
- Experience in handling international clients across different time-zones
- Partner with different BUs in identification of automation opportunities
- Creating trackers for capturing process/project performances around key metrics
- Create dynamic and real-time dashboards using Power BI.
- Deliver projects as per agreed timelines; participate and support driving other BEST initiatives.
- Engaging with Client process team in analyzing the process health (KPI) and provide actionable insights.
- Help delivery teams in standardizing process, key metrics capture and in documenting processes.
- Job requires working in alternate shifts/extended hours.
- Act as Individual Contributor and should be able to manage projects independently.
Technical:
- Expertise of using automation tools like Power Automate/VBA Macros/RPA
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Should have good knowledge of automating workflows using process automate tools (e.g., Power Automate)
- Excellent Communication skills - verbal and written.
- Excellent Presentation skills and ability to develop presentation material in a professional manner.
Education and Experience:
- Graduate / Postgraduate.
