Job Title: Telecalling Executive - Part time/ Full time

Location: Chandivali (nearby sakinaka metro Station)

Experience: 6 months to 3 Years (Freshers with good communication skills can also apply)

Role & responsibilities

Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to promote IT services such as software development, cloud solutions, cybersecurity, and IT consulting.
Identify customer needs and present relevant service offerings effectively.
Generate and qualify leads, and schedule meetings or demos for the sales team.
Maintain and update customer information in CRM systems.
Follow up with prospects via calls and emails to nurture leads.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and lead generation targets.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align outreach strategies.
Handle basic customer queries and direct complex inquiries to appropriate teams.
Maintain a professional and positive approach in all client interactions.
