Job Description

We are looking for confident and enthusiastic Telugu-speaking Telecallers to join our team on a Work From Home basis.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, be comfortable speaking with customers over the phone, and have at least 1 year of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to customers and explain products/services.
Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
Follow up with customers and maintain regular communication.
Maintain call records and update customer information.
Achieve daily and monthly calling/performance targets.
Build a positive relationship with customers through professional communication.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of telecalling experience.
Fluent in Telugu with good communication skills.
Basic understanding of Hindi/English will be an added advantage.
Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
Good convincing and interpersonal skills.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Must have a smartphone, stable internet connection, and a suitable setup for working from home.
Candidates who have prior experience in telesales/customer service are preferred.
