Job Role: Tele Support Executive

Job Location: Andheri West, Mumbai

Salary: Upto 3 LPA + Incentives

Brief

The ideal candidate should have experience or knowledge of tele sales in the jewellery or retail industry. As a Tele support Executive, you will be responsible for engaging customers over the phone, promoting our jewellery products and services, and driving sales to meet or exceed targets.

Role & responsibilities

1. Conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote ORRA Fine Jewellery products and services.

2. Engage customers in meaningful conversations, build rapport, and provide exceptional customer service.

3. Utilize strong sales ability to effectively communicate product features, benefits, and pricing information.

4. Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate information about our jewellery products.

5. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively answer customer questions and make recommendations.

6. Utilize basic appointment setting techniques to schedule in-store visits for interested customers.

7. Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets within the given timeframe.

8. Pay strong attention to detail to ensure accurate order processing and maintain a high standard of work.

Preferred candidate profile

1. Freshers are welcome; candidates with internships or basic exposure to telesales, retail sales, or customer interaction will be an added advantage.

2. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.

3. Strong ability to engage customers in conversation, build relationships, and close sales.

4. Excellent customer rejection handling skills, along with the ability to handle stress in soliciting customers.

5. Basic knowledge of appointment setting techniques and experience in scheduling customer visits.

6. Sales-driven individual with a goal-oriented mindset and a passion for achieving targets.

7. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional telephone manner.

8. Pay strong attention to detail to ensure accurate order processing and maintain high work standards.
