We're Hiring: Sales Executive at ImpactGuru!

Location: Andheri East, Mumbai | Full-Time | On-site

Compensation Details:

Salary: 18,000 30,000/month

Provident Fund (PF): 1,875 employee + 1,875 employer contribution

Bonus: 2,500/month (starting from day one)

Incentives: 5,000 35,000/month (performance-based)

Your Key Responsibilities:

Reach out to campaigners and explain ImpactGurus platform and benefits

Convert leads and onboard individuals in need of medical fundraising

Build meaningful relationships with patients and families

Guide them with empathy throughout their crowdfunding journey

Meet monthly targets while ensuring excellent customer service

What Were Looking For:

Excellent communication & persuasion skills (Hindi & English)

Self-driven, energetic, and goal-oriented

6 months 2 years of telesales or customer acquisition experience preferred

Freshers with strong communication skills are also welcome

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, emotionally rewarding environment
