Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Handle inbound calls from customers to resolve their queries and concerns related to banking products.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling of bank's products and services to existing clients.
- Process customer transactions, update records, and maintain accurate documentation of all interactions.
- Meet daily/weekly targets set by the management while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements :
- 0-3 years of experience in BPO sales or telesales industry.
- Strong knowledge of banking processes, including cross selling and outbound calling techniques.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to handle multiple conversations simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using computer software applications such as CRM systems.
