Job Type: Full Time

Salary - upto 30 K PM
Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for calling prospective students and professionals, explaining our training programs and courses, generating leads, and converting inquiries into admissions.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally
- Explain course details, fees, batches, and certification programs to candidates
- Follow up with interested students and maintain regular communication
- Generate and maintain lead data in Excel/CRM
- Schedule counseling sessions and coordinate with the admissions team
- Achieve daily/weekly admission and calling targets
- Resolve basic candidate queries regarding courses and training programs
- Maintain proper call records and reporting
Required Skills
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi,
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, CRM)
- Convincing and negotiation skills
- Positive attitude and target-oriented approach
- Ability to handle multiple calls efficiently
Qualification
- HSC / Graduate in any stream
- 1+ Year experienced candidates can apply
Experience
- 0 to 2 years of experience in Telecalling / Customer Support / Education Counseling preferred
