Job Summary:

We are hiring a Technology QA Analyst with strong experience in Manual Testing and Automation Testing for enterprise-level applications and technology solutions. The candidate will work closely with Development, QA, Project Management, and Business teams to ensure delivery of high-quality software solutions across frontend, backend, API, and integration systems.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in QA methodologies, Behaviour-Driven Development (BDD), defect lifecycle management, automation frameworks, Agile practices, and modern testing tools/frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create, manage, and execute detailed test cases, test scenarios, and regression test suites
• Perform frontend, backend, API, functional, integration, regression, and UI testing
• Analyse business and functional requirements to identify risks, gaps, and testing scope
• Collaborate with development and cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle
• Execute testing across QA, UAT, and pre-production environments
• Identify, log, prioritize, and track defects with proper documentation and reproduction steps
• Prepare QA reports, defect summaries, test coverage reports, and testing status updates
• Support automation testing initiatives and framework improvements
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, retrospectives, and QA improvement initiatives
• Validate database changes, system integrations, and application workflows
• Support release validation, sign-off processes, and production issue analysis
• Collaborate with DevOps teams for stable testing environments and CI/CD validation
• Use AI-driven QA/testing tools to support QA planning, test generation, and defect analysis
• Ensure high standards of UI/UX quality and overall application performance
• Present QA updates, risks, and project status confidently to stakeholders when required

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3-7 years of experience in QA Engineering / QA Analysis
• Strong hands-on experience in Manual Testing and Automation Testing
• Strong hands-on experience with JavaScript/TypeScript for test automation
• Proven expertise with Cucumber BDD frameworks and Behaviour-Driven Development (BDD) practices
• Experience in Regression Testing, Functional Testing, UI Testing, API Testing, and Database Testing using tools such as Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, REST Assured, and Postman.
• Experience with Playwright or similar automation frameworks such as Selenium or Cypress
• Solid experience in API Testing using tools such as Playwright, REST Assured, Postman/Newman, or equivalent
• Good understanding of SDLC, STLC, QA methodologies, and testing frameworks
• Experience with Jira and/or Azure DevOps for test management and defect tracking
• Good understanding of SQL and database validation/testing
• Exposure to CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab, or Azure DevOps
• Experience working in Agile and Waterfall environments
• Experience using AI tools to support QA planning, test generation, or defect analysis
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail and proactive problem-solving abilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with confidence presenting to stakeholders at all levels

Good to Have:

• Exposure to AWS/Azure/GCP cloud platforms
• Basic understanding of security testing concepts (OWASP Top 10)
• Familiarity with Docker/Kubernetes
• Exposure to AI-based QA/testing tools and practices
