Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Routine Inspections: Conduct regular inspections of equipment to identify potential issues.
Scheduled Maintenance: Perform scheduled maintenance tasks, including lubrication, cleaning, and part replacements.
Ensure and avoid the major breakdown and timely compliance of breakdown with substantial reduction in the downtime.
Taking corrective and preventive action on the machine breakdowns with root cause analysis & closing of Job work order on time.
Maintaining Preventive Maintenance check list, records History Card of Equipments.
Handling of actual equipment preventive maintenance as per checklist. Carry out predictive maintenance to avoid breakdown of the equipment based on the condition and instruction from the engineers.
Handle in-house modifications and improvement projects.
Providing engineering support for qualification activities.
Follow all GMP and GEP practices in the Nasal area.

Preferred candidate profile Candidate should have strong experience in Maintenance of Injectable/ nasal/ osd plant.
