Job Description
- Develop, maintain, and publish user guides, standard operating procedures, checklists, training plans, and release notification documents for multiple software systems.
- Manage multiple assignments simultaneously while working independently and with other team members.
- Prepare and maintain training plans for software development and testing teams.
- Complete document preparation based on set standards for order, clarity, brevity, style, and terminology.
- Confer with software developers, testers, and requesters to determine the subject matter to be developed for completing the document.
- Coordinate with the requester/end-user through the user acceptance process.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in technical writing or a related field.
- Strong understanding of technical writing principles and practices.
- Excellent writing, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to learn software products through hands-on experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with document review and revision.
- Candidates who have appeared in our selection process in the last 3 months are not eligible for this opening.
