Job Description

Provide technical support and assistance to customers via phone, email, or in-person.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to cement products.
Conduct site visits to monitor construction projects and ensure compliance with company standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new products and improve existing ones.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including contractors, suppliers, and industry partners.
Analyze customer feedback and provide recommendations for process improvements.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.) or equivalent.
Proven experience in technical services, preferably in the cement industry.
Strong knowledge of cement technology and product applications.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with industry software and technologies.
