Job Description

We are looking for a target-driven Technical Sales Executive with hands-on experience in outbound calling and product selling. The role involves generating business through cold calling, lead follow-ups, and converting enquiries into sales orders while working from Backend.

1. Outbound Sales & Business Development (Primary Focus)

Make daily outbound calls (cold calling) to prospective and existing customers
Generate new leads and identify business opportunities
Promote and sell chemical raw materials used in paint & coating industry
Convert enquiries into confirmed sales orders
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets Sales Operations & Order Processing

2. Customer Follow-ups & Sales Conversion

Follow up on enquiries, quotations, samples, and trial feedback
Maintain strong sales pipeline and ensure high conversion ratio
Build long-term relationships with customers for repeat business

3. Post-Sales Coordination (Secondary Responsibility)

Coordinate internally with production, dispatch, logistics, and accounts teams after sales closure
Track order status and update customers on delivery timelines
