IT Recruiter Mumbai (Dadar)

Location: Dadar, Mumbai
Work Mode: Work from Office – NeoSOFT Office( 5 days a week)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced IT Recruiter with 3+ years of hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment. The candidate should have strong expertise in sourcing IT professionals, managing recruitment vendors, coordinating with stakeholders, and driving the hiring process from requirement understanding to onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end IT recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to joining.
• Understand technical requirements and source suitable candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
• Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, location, notice period, and compensation.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Manage vendor recruitment partners and ensure timely submission of quality profiles.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, hiring managers, vendors, and candidates.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process and ensure smooth offer-to-join conversion.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, pipeline status, interview feedback, and daily/weekly hiring reports.
• Handle multiple IT requirements simultaneously and meet recruitment targets within defined timelines.

Mandatory Skills

• 3+ years of IT Recruitment experience
• Strong end-to-end recruitment experience
• Hands-on experience in IT sourcing and candidate screening
• Vendor Management experience
• Strong Stakeholder Management skills
• Good knowledge of IT technologies and technical hiring
• Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills
• Ability to work from the Dadar, Mumbai office
• Candidate should be available for a F2F interview

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Should be proactive and target-oriented.
• Strong understanding of the IT talent market.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple requirements.
• Experience working with recruitment vendors/consultancies will be an added advantage.
• Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period would be preferred.
