Job Title: Technical Recruiter

Location: Chandivali (nearby sakinaka metro Station)

Experience: 0 months to 3 Years (Fresher can apply)

Working days : Mon-Fri (Alternate Saturday)

Working hours: 9-6 PM

Employment Type: Full-Time

Role Overview:
CBT Infotech is looking for a proactive and result-oriented IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for IT positions. This role involves close interaction with clients and candidates, strong ownership of hiring requirements, and the ability to deliver within defined timelines.

Role & responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for IT and technical roles
Understand client requirements, job descriptions, and hiring timelines
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and other channels
Screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews with candidates and clients
Ensure timely closures of open positions within agreed TATs
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients
Act as a key point of contact between clients, candidates, and internal teams
Handle post-selection activities including documentation, offer rollout, acceptance, and onboarding coordination
Prepare and maintain recruitment MIS reports (pipeline status, offers, joiners, etc.)
Guide and mentor junior recruiters, if applicable
Support internal HR initiatives and employee engagement activities

Key Skills & Competencies:
Minimum 1 year of experience in IT/Technical recruitment
Strong understanding of IT technologies, roles, and hiring models
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities
Analytical and data-driven approach to recruitment
Ability to manage multiple requirements under tight timelines
Proficiency in MS Excel and recruitment MIS reporting.
