Job Description
Technical - Finishing Engineer Qualification: Desired Experience: 15 yrs+ in real estate Key area of work:- Execute and supervise finishing activities: flooring, painting, carpentry, false ceiling, modular furniture, electrical and plumbing finishes, etc.
- Ensure all works comply with approved drawings, design specifications quality standards.
- Coordinate with architects, interior designers, contractors vendors for smooth workflow.
- Monitor site progress and update daily/weekly reports to project manager.
- Conduct inspections, snagging de-snagging until project handover.
- Manage materials planning, inventory ensure minimal wastage.
- Validate quality of materials delivered at site.
- Track timelines and ensure project milestones are achieved without delay.
- Assist in BOQ verification, cost control bill checking of contractors.
- Maintain safety standards and ensure compliance with site protocols.
- Strong understanding of interior works, building materials, drawings and specifications.
- On-site execution supervision expertise Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Office Project Management basics.
- Strong communication and vendor management skills.
- Problem-solving ownership attitude.
- Quality-oriented work approach
