Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day facility operations, including electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical systems
- Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance of all equipment
- Supervise and lead technical teams and vendors
- Monitor service delivery as per SLA/KPI standards
- Ensure statutory compliance and safety regulations are adhered to
- Handle breakdowns and emergency situations effectively
- Coordinate with clients for operational requirements and issue resolution
- Manage budgets, cost control, and reporting
- Conduct regular audits and inspections of the facility
- Maintain documentation and reports for all technical activities
Key Requirements:
- Bachelors/Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering
- 5-10 years of experience in facility management (technical role)
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical systems, and building maintenance
- Experience in team handling and client management
- STRONG communication and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of safety standards and statutory compliance
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in corporate/commercial facilities
- Vendor management expertise
- Strong leadership and decision-making abilities
