Technical Coordinator

• This is a Mid Management position, responsible for all activities related to estimation for products and services offered by PMX
• Responsibilities will include Supporting the Sales Team and Clients throughout the Pre-Sales Cycle, and supporting the operations team with the development of the Entire Product BOM for execution
• The position would also involve developing new formats, training presentations and product presentations as may be required from time to time
• The position shall entail having thorough knowledge of the Product and Installation

Responsibilities:

Responsible And Assisting the Department Head

1. The individual is to become the one-point contact for all estimates and design related
   queries by the sales team and clients.
2. All the PQ studies to be procured from the PQ team within 24 hours of completion of
   the study.
3. The PQ study to be analyzed, corrected and is to be sent to the Estimation team for
   the working and making a proposal
4. Putting a deadline to the proposal date and make diligent follow-ups to make sure that
   the estimation team provides the proposal within the given time.
5. Checking and validating the estimates and sending the estimates to the client within
   the speculated time frame
6. Coordinate with the client for approval of the estimate and forward the approvals, for
   making the PO
7. Once the PO is made, coordinate with the design department to procure the design and send to the client for approval and during this step do the required meetings / discussions with the client and secure manufacturing clearance.
8. Post receiving the approval, make sure the production team is handed over all the details to commence the job in hand.
9. Troubleshoot and resolve large complex issues and problems. Report unresolvable problems to reporting Senior.
10. Organize and update databases and information
11. Coordinate and support on software issues, training and installation.
12. Must get standard document set ready for being able to provide drawings for approval within a specified and accepted timeline to PMX clients.
