- Fresher / Experienced both can apply.

- Comfortable working in a day shift
Role & responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer interactions via voice.
- Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Follow communication scripts and quality guidelines
- Escalate unresolved issues when required
Salary - 24K CTC(Depends on experience & interview performance)
