Team Member- Designer

Job Description

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Shape Digital Experience for investors of Axis Mutual Fund - as a combination of own enterprise, customer feedback and requests from stakeholders

Take complete ownership of Digital Product features from initial requirement discussion, to design and testing.

Manage a team which does the below along with contributing to the same

o Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers

o Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps

o Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs and widgets

o Build page navigation buttons and search fields

o Develop UI mock-ups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like

o Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches and tables)

o Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders

o Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)

o Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback

o Adhere to style standards on fonts, colours and images

Project Management

o Support creation of BRDs / PRDs, discussing and documentation by assisting senior product managers / owners with ownership of UI/UX of ideas and features.

o Responsible for driving Digital adoption of all digital channels, driving innovations on digital platforms to enhance UX, doing competitive analysis and continuously improving the current digital offerings portfolio

o Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders

o Good time-management skills

Technical requirements

o Portfolio of design projects

o Knowledge & experience of wireframe tools (e.g. Wireframe.cc and InVision)

o Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
