Job Description

Manage and monitor the daily activities of the electronic Banking operation team working on IMPS, UPI, Cards (Rupay & VISA - domestic and international) BBPS and ATM transactions
Ensure the team completes settlement, reconciliation and dispute processes accurately and on time
Strong knowledge of credit card settlement processes for Rupay and Visa
Support process improvement and automation initiatives to reduce manual work
Guide team members, resolve escalation and maintain high-quality standard in daily work
Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management capabilities and ability to present complex information clearly
Continuously monitor team performance, identify gaps and drive improvement
Ability to prepare process notes and BRDs present them to stakeholders and obtain approval in timely manners
Provide training and groom team members for skill development and career growth
Build a positive work environment focus on accountability, accuracy and continuous learning
