- Drive mutual fund sales across mapped bank branches
- Achieve team-level AUM and revenue targets
- Focus on:
- Gross & Net Sales
- SIP mobilization
- Improve conversion ratios from leads to investme
- Build strong relationships with:
- Branch Managers
- Bank RMs and frontline staff
- Ensure active engagement and support from bank teams
- Resolve escalations and ensure smooth coordination
- Manage a team of:
- Relationship Managers
- Sales Executives / Wealth Specialists
- Set individual targets and track daily performance
- Conduct regular reviews, field visits, and joint calls
- Coach and mentor team members to improve productivity
