Hiring: Team Leader US Mortgage Cash Operations
Location: Mumbai

Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline
6+ years of experience in: - Mortgage Loan Servicing
- Payment Processing / Cash Operations
- Wire Processing
Desired skills:
- Payment Processing: Handle ACH, wires, and check payments; allocate PITI accurately
- Reconciliation: Perform daily cash reconciliation and resolve discrepancies
- Escrow Management: Process tax & insurance payments; track escrow balances
- Reporting & Compliance: Maintain reports and ensure regulatory adherence
Required Skills
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication (written & verbal)
- Time management and organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Good understanding of the US Mortgage domain
- Flexibility to work in shifts
