Job Description
We are seeking a Technology Solutions Consultant to advise clients on digital and technical solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Assess client needs and recommend suitable technology solutions.
- Manage implementation, configuration, and deployment of software tools.
- Develop solution architectures and technical proposals.
- Coordinate with internal teams to deliver customized solutions.
- Conduct product de strations and technical presentations.
- Ensure smooth onboarding, training, and post-implementation support.
- Maintain documentation and best practice guidelines.
- Strong understanding of enterprise software and cloud solutions.
- Business analysis and requirement gathering.
- Technical documentation and presentation skills.
- CRM, ERP, and SaaS platform expertise.
- Problem-solving and client communication.
- Bachelor s in IT, Engineering, Computer Science or related field.
- Certifications such as ITIL, Salesforce, Azure/AWS, Business Analysis (ECBA/CCBA) are valuable.
- MBA preferred for senior roles.
