Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Tandem Developer with strong expertise in HPNS-COBOL, Mainframe Enterprise COBOL, Mainframe DB2, and Agile (Value-Driven Delivery).

Experience: 10+ Years
Mandatory Skills: Agile (Value-Driven Delivery), HPNS-COBOL, Mainframe DB2, Mainframe Enterprise Cobol

Location: Bangalore, Chennai, Mumbai, Pune

Required Skills:

Strong experience in HPNS-COBOL development and support.
Expertise in Mainframe Enterprise COBOL.
Hands-on experience with Mainframe DB2 database design, development, and optimization.
Good understanding of Agile (Value-Driven Delivery) methodologies.
Experience in application development, maintenance, and production support.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, test, and maintain COBOL-based applications.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Develop and optimize DB2 queries, programs, and database objects.
Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
