Designation: Network / System Administrator
Location: Mumbai- Goregaon (In office)

Job Description

• Manage and maintain enterprise IT infrastructure in a Data Centre environment, including Windows Servers and network systems.
• Administer and support Windows Server environments (2012 / 2016 / 2019 / 2022 / 2025) and Windows 10 / Windows 11endpoints.
• Manage Active Directory services, including user provisioning, Group Policy administration, access control, and directory services.
• Administer enterprise email platforms such as Microsoft 365, or Zoho Mail, including spam filtering and email security management.
• Manage DNS services, file servers to ensure availability and performance.
• Perform server and endpoint patch management, ensuring timely security updates and system stability.
• Manage and monitor network infrastructure, including firewalls, network switches, routers, and WiFi access points.
• Administer endpoint protection solutions, such as Crowd Strike or equivalent antivirus/EDR platforms.
• Implement and maintain system monitoring and alerting mechanisms using standard infrastructure monitoring tools.
• Perform server provisioning, including hardware configuration, system installation, and deployment in data centre environments.
• Manage data backup operations, including scheduling, monitoring, and reporting of backup jobs to ensure data protection.
• Perform system troubleshooting, performance optimization, and infrastructure maintenance to ensure high system availability.
• Support information security initiatives, including system hardening, vulnerability remediation, and security best practices.
• Assist in compliance and audit requirements such as ISO 27001 / BSI audits by collecting evidence and maintaining documentation.
• Ensure adherence to organizational QMS and ISMS policies, standards, and procedures.
