Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sustainability & Climate Client Service Analyst to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have 1-5 years of experience in client service, preferably in sustainability and climate.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service and support.
Develop and implement effective strategies to address sustainability and climate issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality services and solutions.
Analyze client needs and provide tailored advice and guidance on sustainability and climate matters.
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in sustainability and climate.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree required; MBA or Master's Degree preferred.
Strong interest in Sustainability & Climate and its impact on the investment process.
Detail-oriented with a willingness to learn and grow within the business goals.
Appreciation for diverse cultural norms and styles.
Prior knowledge of MSCI products and experience in a client-facing role is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
