Inventory Management

Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels across warehouses and locations.
Track stock movements, inventory turnover, and aging inventory.
Analyze slow-moving,non-moving, and obsolete inventory and recommend corrective actions.

Planning & Forecasting

Assist in demand forecasting based on sales trends, historical data, and business requirements.
Coordinate with procurement, production, sales, and logistics teams to ensure material availability.
Monitor Buffer replenishment at all locations.
Support monthly and quarterly planning reviews.

Data Analysis & Reporting

Generate inventory and planning reports for management.
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as inventory days, stock outs, fill rate, and service level.
Analyze inventory trends and identify opportunities for process improvement.
Maintain planning dashboards and reports.

Coordination & Process Improvement

Liaise with suppliers and internal stakeholders to resolve material shortages.
Support implementation of inventory control procedures and best practices.
Participate in process improvement initiatives to reduce inventory costs and improve service levels.
Ensure compliance with company policies and inventory management standards.
