Job Description

Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the Housekeeping team to ensure high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.

Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and routines to meet customer requirements.

Train and mentor new employees on cleaning procedures and best practices.

Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

Analyze and resolve complaints from customers or employees related to housekeeping services.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in housekeeping management, preferably in a similar role.

Strong leadership and communication skills are essential for motivating and directing staff.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals.

Knowledge of cleaning protocols and procedures is required to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
