Job Description
- Accomplishes branch targets through supervising workforce and organizing and tracking work processes.
- Maintains workforce through recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training personnel and growing personal growth opportunities.
- Accomplishes workforce activity consequences through coaching, counseling, and disciplining personnel.
- Plans, monitors, and appraises activity results.
- Conducts training.
- Implements and enforces systems, policies, and procedures.
- Maintains secure and wholesome work surroundings by establishing and implementing employer requirements and adhering to legal regulations.
- Completes operations through growing schedules, assigning and tracking work, collecting resources, enforcing productiveness requirements, resolving operations problems, retaining reference manuals, and enforcing new procedures.
- Controls fees through collecting and filing budget information, scheduling expenditures, tracking variances, and enforcing corrective actions.
- Provides excellent service through implementing excellent and customer service requirements.
- Contributes to group attempts by accomplishing associated results as needed.
