Job Description

• We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Supervisor to join our team

• Resolve conflicts and issues within the team, and escalate more complex or serious concerns to higher management as needed
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment where team members feel valued, motivated, and engaged in their work
• Communicate effectively with team members, management, and other departments to ensure alignment of goals, objectives, and priorities
• Stay updated on company policies, procedures, and best practices, and ensure that team members adhere to them at all times
• Lead by example, demonstrating professionalism, integrity, and a strong work ethic in all interactions and activities
