Job Description

Conducting calls to prospective students and engaging in conversations to understand their educational background, interests, and goals, Student Counselling, Support outreach activities by calling leads to invite and confirm participation in seminars, masterclasses, webinars, and other events, Effectively communicating with the senior team members to provide detailed insights and recommendations regarding qualified leads.Responsibilities:

Individual Counseling: Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions with students to address their academic, personal, and social concerns.
Group Counseling: Facilitate group counseling sessions to provide support and guidance to multiple students simultaneously.
Academic Advising: Advise students on course selection, academic planning, and career paths.
Career Counseling: Assist students in exploring career options, preparing resumes, and conducting job searches.
Personal Counseling: Provide support and guidance to students dealing with personal issues such as stress, anxiety, depression, or relationship problems.
Crisis Intervention: Respond to and manage crisis situations involving students, such as emergencies or safety concerns.
Referrals: Connect students with appropriate resources, such as academic support services, mental health professionals, or community organizations.
Parent Counseling: Provide guidance and support to parents and guardians regarding their child's academic and personal development.
Prevention Programs: Develop and implement prevention programs to address common student issues, such as bullying, substance abuse, or eating disorders.
Data Management: Maintain accurate records of student counseling sessions and outcomes.
